This is such a special place for little people. Our son was cared for by Michelle before she opened the nursery and he now attends Lime Tree and absolutely adores it. The staff are both highly professional yet very caring and look after the children as if they were their own (they are also brilliant at giving advice, when asked, to first time parents who may have a few questions about development, health or behaviour - and I really value this!). I love that there is an element of theme with their play and learning (for instance, countries, colours or world festivals) and while they spend some time in with their own age group they also spend plenty of time mixing with the other ages which provide a more realistic home from home feel and helps my toddler in his development by playing with and learning from the older children. He has so much fun and gets so much out of his time at Lime Tree, I couldn't recommend it more highly.
What a fabulous nursery! I cannot praise the Lime Tree highly enough. The staff are incredibly caring and look after the children brilliantly. The setting is fabulous with lots of indoor space, a big garden and access onto Anstey Park. So much thought has gone into making the nursery a fun and welcoming place and my son adores it.

Joined in 2011 the school was good and learnt a lot. After about 2 years with a new Headteacher the school took a turn for the worst and has continued to fail students including me and my brother. It's a pot luck draw on which teachers you get, get a good one and you will exceed expectations but get a bad one and expect to fail. Their continued employment of bad teachers will ultimately be the downfall of this school. However longer standing teachers continue to help the students exceed. Finally the label may say a science school but this department is appalling and needs a serious revamp both department and teachers. The school however exceeds in other areas such as Further Maths courses (the experienced team of mathematicians), English and ICT.
Best school ever. When there was an issue they let me know immediately when it happened they didn't just leave it to the end of the day.

What A Brilliant School. As A Ex Student For The Prep School. I Loved It There. All Of The Teachers Are Nice And Lovely And Interact With The Students. And The Older Years Always Help With The Smaller Years. There Is No Bullying Or Vilonce At All. The Teachers Won't Work You At Something Your Good At They Help You With What You Struglle With. It's Also Such A Brilliant Place To Just Stroll Around. An All-Around. Brill Prep School!

Was at the school/college when it became co-ed in 1978 and was there for several years although i know standards have changed i wasnt always happy at the school and at the time felt that staff were not very understanding if you had a personal issue that needed sorting i felt it was like it didnt matter and it was ignored. I revisited the school in 2014 after having left 30+ yrs earlier and saw the vast changes and although i felt awkward i was pleasantly surprised at the changes in a way that if ever an oportunity came up to work at the place i would love it as i feel id relate well with the students. Overall although i didnt have a great experience(personal reasons) i WOULD reccommend the place to any parent looking for a high standard school for disabled children/adults.
She loves it

This dance school is nothing short of amazing -it has taught all three of my children so much more than dance. Team work, dedication, respect for others to name but a few. I have seen their self esteem and confidence grow. Vanessa and her dedicated team work tirelessly to bring out the best in all children (and adults!) regardless of their ability. To help in such a small way at the time of the show is a priveledge as it is clear how much hard work and passion goes into ensuring 'that moment of glory' for your child and mine.
I went to see the end of year performance and it was incredible! The level of effort and commitment the teachers and students put in is overwhelming, I have never seen so many variations of dance in a single performance - it was truly special. Whether you're a younger student or graduating there is a friendship and bond with the teachers that is clearly visible on stage. I loved it, and would highly recommend anyone sharing the same passion and commitment for dance as they do to join!
